For STO 6100007854, if we create a delivery Picking was not possible, AFS Picking tab shows Blank.
Same material (10672255) is given in item 160 to 190, delivery and PGI must be done only for two items i,e Item 180 and 190 with batches given below.
The following stock is existing with its batch Number in the inventory.

The material 10672255 in the above STO, is used with different grid size in items 160 to 190. It was observed that batch numbers were manually assigned in STO for each line item, expecting that system will pick the respective batch quantity while picking.

To create delivery only for item 180 and 190 of STO and get the quantity in AFS Picking Tab of delivery we need to follow below steps:

1. Remove the batch numbers 00024 26395 and 002426396 which is manually given in STO.

(The batch entered here generates a batch for issuing plant i,e for 1410, and it does not work for grid sizes i,e SKU data)

2. Change the delivery priority from 1 to 3, i,e normal to high for the items 180 and 190.

The delivery priority is to be given just to differentiate items 180 and 190 with other items having same material numbr

3. Go to VL10b in General Data Tab give the Delivery Priority as 03 i,e High

give STO Number and material in Purchase Order and Material Tabs respectively.

Then Execute 1.png

following this process we should be able to create the delivery with the picking quantity in AFS picking tab of the delivery.

Resolution

This steps were followed and were able to create a Delivery.
